Is this sensor waterproof ?

Our sensor isn’t fully waterproof to maintain accuracy. It has a self-draining design and IPX4 rating. For longer life, install it vertically in a sheltered spot to prevent rust and damage from prolonged rain exposure.

How can I get additional sensors for this weather station?

This weather station comes with 1 sensor and supports up to 3. Additional sensors can be purchased separately from our store.

Why can’t the backlight be kept on?

1)Please ensure the power adapter is securely plugged in. The backlight can stay on or be adjusted only when the adapter is connected

2)With batteries, the backlight turns off after 30 seconds of inactivity and mainly serves as a backup power source

Why is the weather forecast icon not accurate?

The forecast is based on barometric pressure changes and may not match real-time weather. Ensure at least 12 hours of operation for full calibration. For best results, place the device indoors in a well-ventilated spot away from interference.

Why aren’t the readings exactly the same when I place the main unit and remote sensor together?

The main unit has more ventilation holes for accuracy, while the remote sensor has fewer due to harsher environments. This can cause slight reading differences. Allow time for learning and calibration—accuracy improves the longer the devices run.
