Does it include batteries?

No, batteries are not included. You need to prepare 3 AA batteries and 3 AAA batteries yourself. The small solar panel on the weather station cannot charge the batteries.

Does it support WiFi connection?

Yes, it supports WiFi connection, but only 2.4GHz WiFi. It does not support 5GHz. You must manually disable one band on your home router for the device to connect to Wi-Fi.
